Steven Neill

Steven Neill is from Spokane Valley, Washington. He graduated from Whitworth University with a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management and a minor in history and has served on the Spokane Valley Planning Committee for three and a half years. He is currently writing a book on the evolution of the U. S. Constitution.
