Ryan L. Wagner, PhD, is a historian specializing in intelligence operations during the American Revolution. A retired U.S. Air Force intelligence officer, he now serves as an Analyst with the Department of Homeland Security and as an Adjunct Professor of History at Park University. Dr. Wagner received his BA from Park University, MA from SUNY: College at Buffalo and PhD from Liberty University. His research interests include British and American intelligence networks during the Revolution, the Early Republic, maritime history, and public history. He has worked with the National Archives, Maine Maritime Museum, and Plimoth Patuxet Museums.
