Nancy Bradeen Spannaus

Nancy Bradeen Spannaus is a retired journalist and editor who has been studying American history, with an emphasis on its economic development in general, and Alexander Hamilton in particular. She maintains the blog, www.americansystemnow.com, and is co-author of Political Economy of the American Revolution (1977) and author of Hamilton Versus Wall Street: The Core Principles of the American System of Economics (2019). She and her husband live in Northern Virginia.
