Geoff Benton

Geoff Benton

Geoff Benton is a historian in upstate New York. He received a master’s degree in American History from SUNY Albany and has been researching the Revolutionary War in the Hudson River Valley for several years. He is a member of the editorial board and a frequent contributor to Columbia County History and Heritage. Benton is currently employed at a New York State Historic Site. In his free time he enjoys visiting museums and historic sites with his wife and young daughter.
