Paul B. Elmore is an independent historian and a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a lifelong interest in early American history, which began during his youth in eastern Connecticut. He pursued post graduate studies at Universite de Besancon in France following service as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Benin, West Africa. Paul is retired from a career as an executive in the commercial real estate industry and is a member of the Society of the Cincinnati. He resides in Kensington, California.
