László Örlős, PhD is Vice President for International Affairs at the Mihály Kováts Friendship Society in Hungary. He is also the Head of International and Sustainability Affairs at the Hungarian Export Promotion Agency and has a background in international finance and economics. He is involved in initiatives aimed at strengthening Hungarian-U.S. relations through the promotion of Colonel Kováts’ legacy. Anna Smith Lacey is executive director of the Hungary Foundation, a Washington-based cultural and education foundation. She has authored, translated, and edited numerous English and Hungarian language publications on U.S. and Hungarian democracy issues and constitutionalism. Her background is in international relations and American Studies.
