Donald B. Lewis, a fourth great-grandson of Isaac Lewis, recently retired after practicing for over 40 years as a litigation attorney. Lewis is a 1965 graduate of North Penn High School (Lansdale, Pennsylvania), a 1969 graduate of the University of Virginia, and a 1974 graduate of the University of Pennylvania Law School. Since the early 1990s Lewis has been heavily immersed in research into both family and local history, and in recent years has published articles concerning the life of historian Edward Mathews and the birthplace of General Winfield Scott Hancock. He resides in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania.
