Brian Mabelitini is a historical archaeologist with a specialization in fortifications of the American Revolution and American Civil War. He earned a B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Kentucky, an M.A. in Historical Archaeology at the University of West Florida, and a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of South Carolina. He has more than 20 years of experience in cultural resource management and is currently employed as an Archaeologist Coordinator for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet.
